Working Principle
- Material gets dried in less than a second, hence the name “Flash Dryer”
- Material can be dried even at high inlet air temperature without degradation
- Hot air is intensely mixed with the input material to dry the same & low temperature moisture laden air is exhausted though the ID Fan.
- Flash dryers are used for drying Wet cakes / Pastes which cannot be pumped
